What you will be doing

• Orchestrate dynamic workshops that develop essential life skills from public speaking to problem-solving
• Drive student achievement through personalized coaching strategies that identify and leverage individual strengths
• Establish meaningful mentor relationships that inspire intrinsic motivation and lifelong learning habits
• Implement data-driven coaching approaches that celebrate progress and target growth opportunities
• Cultivate peer leadership environments where students develop collaboration and mentorship capabilities

What you will NOT be doing

• Delivering conventional academic instruction or managing tedious grading processes
• Creating standardized lesson plans or following outdated educational frameworks
• Implementing one-size-fits-all curriculums that ignore individual learning styles and abilities
• Managing classroom discipline issues that stem from disengaged learning models

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field demonstrating academic commitment
• Availability to work full-time, in-person at our Bastrop, TX campus
• Proven experience motivating and developing young people (athletic coaching, camp leadership, youth mentorship)
• Demonstrated record of personal excellence in academic, athletic, or professional pursuits
• Superior communication abilities that inspire and engage diverse audiences
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
