About the Role - We have an opportunity to add a highly motivated attorney to join our busy civil litigation practice. We are considering full and part-time candidates. The ideal candidate will possess at least two + years of practical experience defending medical malpractice claims. Other candidates will be considered who have at least three + years of general liability, personal injury claims, and/or professional liability litigation experience. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere are necessary. We are motivated to attract, recruit, and retain talented employees.
Pay range and compensation package - At Arthur Chapman, we are committed to fostering a collegial and diverse workplace while offering a competitive compensation package, ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA, and a 401(k) with a safe harbor allocation after one year, we also provide a personal umbrella policy and access to a free onsite gym. Our objective bonus program rewards additional compensation after meeting annual billable goals, along with the potential for a year-end discretionary bonus based on significant contributions. This position offers flexibility, including remote work and reduced hours for the right candidate, with strong consideration for part-time applicants.
