This is an excellent opportunity to work with a close-knit team of successful litigators in a firm that offers opportunity for growth and professional development. The successful candidate will represent employers and insurance companies in defense of workers' compensation claims in both Tennessee and Virginia.
The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of solid litigation experience. Experience with worker's compensation defense is strongly preferred but not required for consideration.
Virginia license is required. Tennessee license or eligibility to waive in is a plus.
