Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Southlake, Texas (hybrid mainly virtual)
Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule in coordination with management
Reports to: General Manager / Senior Accountant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry. A degree or prior formal experience is not required, though technical training or accounting courses are a plus. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the field of accounting while contributing to a dynamic and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions in QuickBooks or other designated accounting software.

• Categorize income, expenses, and perform bank reconciliations.

• Organize and file supporting documents (physical and digital).

• Review invoices and maintain orderly backup documentation.

• Assist in preparing preliminary financial reports.

• Keep client accounting records updated and accurate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of general accounting principles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Preferably some exposure to QuickBooks (training can be provided).

• Functional English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Technical certification in bookkeeping or accounting.

• Any prior experience, including internships or informal roles.
