Job Summary

We are seeking a Cisco Certified Network Engineer with SD-WAN experience to join our team. As the Network Administrator, you will configure, maintain, and support a well-functioning network. You will ensure network security, provide technical support, and update and install hardware and applications. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

**CCIE Certification Required**

Responsibilities 

• Expert Level Experience in designing SD-WAN configurations and traffic shaping policies
• Must be able to work across multiple operational and technical disciplines and provide direction and oversight through product development life cycle
• Working with Stakeholders to clearly define the business requirements as it pertains to Enterprise network products and services to include the following:

Network Design and Implementation:

• Architecting SD-WAN solutions based on business requirements, including site selection, bandwidth allocation, and network topology. 
• Deploying SD-WAN devices and configuring network settings on various vendor platforms 
• Integrating SD-WAN with existing network infrastructure like firewalls, load balancers, and security systems 

Security Management:

• Configuring security policies on the SD-WAN platform to protect against unauthorized access and malicious traffic 
• Implementing encryption protocols for secure data transmission over the network 

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Identifying and resolving network connectivity issues 
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex network problems related to SD-WAN configuration and functionality 
• Providing technical support to end-users and other IT teams 

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
• Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and platforms from leading vendors
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Experience supporting and or deploying SD-WAN solutions across an Enterprise environment 
• Ability to develop architectural representation of said solutions and articulate to end customers
• Experience supporting WAN capacity & performance management, including baseline data gathering, data analysis, threshold determination and overall service validation
• Experience supporting hybrid On-prem and Cloud environments, including 3rd party Cloud service connections
