Client & Partner Group - Investor Relations Associate (Private Equity) This range is provided by Coda Search│Staffing. Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Our client is a prominent, well-respected NYC based Alternative Asset Manager (Private Equity) currently seeking to add an Investor Relations Associate to their growing Client Partners Team. This individual will be responsible for driving product marketing plans, running end to end business strategy and updating firms product strategy agenda with regards to client development investor servicing. Ideal individual should be well versed with Private Markets/Fund client development, product messaging across alternative investments. Responsibilities Assist with North American client sales & marketing efforts, investor servicing, and client messaging for the firm. This role will be responsible for supporting the firm’s efforts around capital raising and investor experience. Research and provide market color with respect to potential investment opportunities. Create marketing materials & pitch books regarding the firm's investment opportunities. Construct pitch-books & preliminary models for prospecting clients and marketing potential trades. Create Due Diligence presentations to outline potential investment opportunities. Collaborate with teams across all regions to develop meaningful marketing materials such as sales pitchbooks, strategy books, client reviews, conference presentations, and educational materials for both internal and external use. Work with all levels of team members across the organization to help ensure the integrity and consistency of portfolio data reported across all marketing channels. Identify opportunities to enhance the strategic vision by gathering and analyzing field feedback and collaborating with partners across the organization. Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3+ years of direct experience in Private Equity/Investor Relations/or similar within Financial Services/Private Equity Alternative Asset Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Salesforce and Excel (Modeling & Formulas). Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), and presenting using PowerPoint. Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven dynamic environment. Innovative and creative thinker. Must be detail-oriented.
