Job Description

Our client, a leading gaming and entertainment company is hiring for a Contract Management Business Analyst to join their team in San Diego, CA! This person will oversee day-to-day contract and vendor relationship management with the Corporate Functions team, as well as hosting business planning meetings to drive contract and vendor strategy forward for their supported function.

**1 year W2 contract to start**

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages multiple vendor relationships and contracts across diverse functions within the assigned business unit.
• Gathers and processes contract-related documentation; analyzes vendor agreements to provide insights on relationship status and produces reports based on vendor performance and feedback.
• Evaluates the technical capabilities of potential vendors and assesses project scopes requiring vendor involvement.
• Develops and delivers vendor performance and financial reports using dashboards; presents findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Provides guidance and support to team members on vendor and contract management best practices.
• Inputs contract documentation into internal systems to ensure accurate visibility and review across various management levels.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate vertically and cross-functionally
• Extremely collaborative working style
• Successful track record of operational responsibility in areas of contract and vendor management
• Strong understanding of general vendor management principles and new technologies
• Knowledge of media and entertainment industry
• BA/BS or relevant management work experience preferred
