Data Administrator (Accounts Payable)

Duration: 6 month contract, potential extensions

Location: Fully remote, must work 8:00 AM -5:00 PM PST shift

Start: Must be available to start 6/16

Pay: $23.50/hr

• Data analytics/admin background
• Strong Accounts Payable experience
• Strong data entry skill s with Excel- attention to detail, keying a lot of data and reading through a lot of forms.
• Around 1 year of ERP System ( Oracle , SAP Ariba, or similar)
• Experience working with a service/ticket management tool- Zendesk preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
• Customer service is very necessary, as they'll work with the enterprise and vendors.
• Self-starter, detail and results oriented.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate and drive varying stakeholder needs, customer service oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities

Job Summary

Performing basic clerical duties in an accounting unit. Area of responsibility includes accounts payable.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Processes daily transactions for area of responsibility, which may include reviewing invoices, posting business pay transactions, and processing accounts payable. Sorts and distributes transactions. Verifies accuracy of work.

- Compiles, prepares and maintains various related records. Sets up new accounts.

- Assists with account research. Obtains invoice approvals.

- Matches invoice, purchase order and receipt.

- Verifies invoice information to company and government requirements. Keys invoices.

- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
