Job Title: Data Analyst 1 - Bilingual Korean

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660

Must have:

1. Bilingual (English + Korean)
2. Bachelor’s Degree
3. 0 -2 years exp. in accounting / finance.

Job Summary:

Support financial reporting and analysis, including budget management, month-end closing, expense forecasting, and detailed expense analysis for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end closing, financial forecasting, and operational reports.
• Manage monthly P&L for CE service division and consolidate SEA service data.
• Analyze operating results vs. forecasts and present findings.
• Generate financial and operational reports; communicate expense corrections.
• Track KPIs and allocate expenses by business area and cost center.
• Assist with asset modifications (inventory scrap, refurbishment, FOC orders).
• Support finance inquiries and establish budget/expense guidelines.
• Prepare executive reports and make manual journal entries for GL allocations.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience.
• Strong data mining and analysis skills for ad hoc reporting.
