We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Jackson, Mississippi region.

Position Summary:

The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow market share in truck leasing and after-market services (parts and maintenance). This role requires a driven and experienced sales leader who can coach a team, manage key client relationships, and drive performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outside sales representatives focused on truck leasing, parts, and service sales
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with commercial fleet operators, logistics providers, and key decision-makers
• Monitor sales pipeline and team performance through KPIs and CRM data
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Participate in contract negotiations and oversee pricing strategies
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of sales management experience , preferably in the transportation, heavy equipment, or automotive industry
• Proven track record of leading successful outside sales teams and achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of commercial truck leasing, fleet services, and aftermarket parts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• CRM proficiency and strong analytical abilities to manage data and forecast sales performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Jackson, MS area
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
