Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Conduct captivating product demonstrations to convey product and service offerings directly to customers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with consumers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their product desires and needs, ensuring tailored solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer accounts, oversee sales contracts, and handle confidential information with the highest level of accuracy and discretion
  • Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded to drive ongoing company success and growth
  • Attend company training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of the product and service offerings, ensuring expert knowledge and effective customer support
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Account Managers to monitor sales metrics and gather feedback, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing overall performance

Entry Level Account Manager Education & Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or related fields is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
