We provide HR and outsourcing services to help businesses meet their hiring needs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive  Executive Assistant to the CEO who is fluent in  Russian and has experience in planning and executing large-scale events. An education in the United States or experience working in U.S. companies is a significant plus. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong sense of initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, trips, and meetings, both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage budgets and optimize event and travel expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Support business development activities by coordinating meetings and tracking progress.
  • Assist with HR and outsourcing projects, collaborating with teams across multiple countries.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executive members.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution or experience working with U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Event planning experience is essential, including coordination of large events, meetings, or company functions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
