TheCEO/ExecutiveDirectoroftheAssociationofValueAirlines(AVA)willberesponsibleforoverseeingthestructureandoperationsoftheorganization.Thisroleincludesmanagingboardmeetings,maintainingregularcontactwiththeCEOsofmembercarrierstounderstandtheirprioritiesandneeds,andrepresentingAVAatindustryevents,panels,andotherpublicforums.Theidealcandidatewillhavesignificantexperienceingovernmentororganizationalleadershiproles,particularlywithintransportationorganizations.
