Job Description

Join our team as a Full Time Handyman and Driver. We're looking for a skilled, reliable, trustworthy individual for routine maintenance and repairs for a professional office. Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance, replacement and repairs, including climbing ladders.
• General office chores and errands including moving boxes, office furniture, computer equipment, deliveries, post office and mail drop off and pick up, etc.
• Upkeep of interior and exterior common areas, including cleaning and organizing, painting, leaf blowing, periodic washing of vehicles.
• Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (one hour for lunch)
• Available benefits - health insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) plan, life insurance.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Valid driver’s license (good driving record)
• Non-smoker
• 3 or more years experience
