NTT DATA currently seeks an IT Project Manager to join our team for a remote position. Summary : The IT Project Manager assembles a project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. They actively manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, they effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing programs, they oversee the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, setting strategies and program execution to deliver long-term business value. Specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks is beneficial for managing risks and issues unique to technology projects. This position will also maintain our IT Audit Management process related but not limited to SOX, HiTrust, etc. The project manager will work in coordination with our IT auditor to collect and compile any necessary evidence and become the subject matter expert on all aspects of the audit process. Role Responsibilities Oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. Assembles and leads project teams, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Works closely with individual development and support teams to compile labor and scheduling impacts to convey to the business partners. Actively manages stakeholder partnerships, helps set expectations, and mitigates risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Oversees interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, sets strategies, and leads projects and teams to meet timelines and remain within budget limits. Maintains project artifacts, project plans, tactical roadmaps, and provides input to scrum teams to maintain traceability within Azure DevOps. Required Skills/Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5 years of project management experience Agile and KANBAN experience required RTE Experience Required IT Audit Management process related but not limited to SOX or HITRUST Preferences PMP Certification SAFe Agile certifications Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions Longevity working in data warehouse, decision support, claims management, and reporting system environments Working knowledge of Oracle and IBM Relational Database Management Systems Comprehensive knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities, including Cobol, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, .Net, QLik, and SQL.
