Stefan Beckman Studio is seeking a talented junior designer to join its team in New York. This position requires strong SketchUp drawing skills, an interest in art and fashion and a familiarity and knowledge of fine furniture. This is a very unique opportunity for a confident, self motivated designer with a broad range of interests. Our projects include set design, prop styling, exhibition design, event design and interior architecture. Requirements: B.A. degree in design, art, architecture or related field Ability to work in a variety of roles, under pressure and with a team Excellent SketchUp skills are a MUST. Excellent Adobe Suite skills are a MUST AutoCAD skills are a plus Knowledge of fabrication and construction methods Interest in fashion This is a junior design position; we are seeking a recent graduate or candidate with 0-2 years of experience.
