We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Medical Office Manager with nursing experience and insurance expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and social skills, a strong understanding of medical office operations, and a commitment to provide exceptional patient care.

High volume functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy and sports chiropractic office. We work with lots of athletes like body builders, MMA fighters, and school athletes to keep their bodies functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the medical office ensuring efficient workflow and quality service.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and medical records.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
