We work with lots of athletes like body builders, MMA fighters, and school athletes to keep their bodies functioning optimally.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n- Oversee daily operations of the medical office ensuring efficient workflow and quality service.\r\n- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and medical records. \r\n- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.\r\n- Monitor and maintain office inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.\r\n- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.\r\n- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. \r\n- Train, supervise, and evaluate office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.\r\n- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
