The primary function of the Night Operations Manager is to provide management support to total operations during the evening. This role ensures the smooth functioning of various hotel departments, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Conference Services, Fitness, Maintenance and Loss Prevention. The Night Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, overseeing night shift staff, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises, and guaranteeing total quality in the delivery of services to the client.

Ability to multitask in various capacities and situations.

Ability to effectively deal with various hospitality industry operations and situations. These may include, but not limited to guest issues, front desk operations, employee safety issues, maintenance situations, facility operations issues, and loss prevention issues.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise and support night shift staff, including but not limited to front desk agents, housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel.
Conduct training and spot checks to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel policies.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
Managing Emergency medical situations.
Managing Emergency facility issues, i.e., power failures, plumbing issues, etc.
Must understand basic Security issues and the local county licensing situations which govern Security department responses and capacities. Must be able to manage these situations.
Must have at least a basic knowledge of Maintenance operations and techniques to manage maintenance department operations and issues.
Directs all unit activities toward meeting client and customer needs to the highest degree according to contract specifications and ARAMARK standards of excellence.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards.
Prepare detailed reports for the morning management team regarding any issues or noteworthy occurrences during the night shift.
Prepares monthly status reports and other reports as requested by management or client.
Assist with Project Management and any reporting of such.
Any other duties as assigned.
College Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field preferred or Six or more years of experience in supervising one or more of the major components of the contract in similar service-based contract.
High degree of communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
