Administrative Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18 per hour
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills? Join our team as an Administrative Specialist and play a key role in delivering quality service to clients utilizing the HireRight system for background checks and screening.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent support via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Develop and maintain an intermediate working knowledge of products and industry policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Utilize HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS software packages with proficiency. Accurately document all interactions and transactions.
• Mentor and support less experienced teammates.
• Perform data entry tasks while maintaining strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Associate degree or higher.
