Advance Services is looking for an experienced Press operator in Chanhassen, MN. If you have Offset Press experience, we might have a great career option for you! But don't worry; experience with Web Press and Sheetfed Press is also acceptable.

Job Duties Include:

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a gravure press or multi-color offset press to print single-color, two-color, and/or multi-color work.
• Review job specifications to determine the press setup according to the imposition of the run (sheet wise or work and turn)
• Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated, such as hanging plates or installing cylinders.
• Makes necessary color corrections and/or press adjustments
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press
• Perform periodic maintenance and make minor repairs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Skill in various complex manipulations and mechanical procedures to perform different tasks to set up, make major adjustments, and perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs to produce single-, two-, and/or multi-color work.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press capabilities to determine the most appropriate press settings to run the job successfully
• Capability of using a micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly

Pay: $28.05 to $41.08- Depending on the merit of each candidate

Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Shift: 12-hour Rotating Day Shift

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2 : Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.
