About the Role:
This is a tutoring and test-preparation platform that connects educators with students and school districts. You'll have the opportunity to help students in various subjects and support them in their academic journey.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality virtual instruction to students of all ages.
Create engaging, interactive lessons that cater to students' individual needs, especially those with learning disabilities.
Maintain clear communication with students and/or their families to track progress and adapt to their learning needs.
Flexibility to accept tutoring jobs based on your availability and expertise.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, especially with special education, accommodations, and supporting students with learning disabilities.
Education: At least a Bachelor's degree required.
Approach: A passion for making learning fun and interactive, adapting to the student's questions and needs.
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check, if required.
