The Operations Director (OD) will be a practicing Catholic, supporting Church teachings, mission, and values. This role involves administrative leadership at one or more parishes, assisting with resource stewardship, team building, financial management, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Financial management including budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and vendor relations.
• Supporting school finances, including budget development, reforecasting, and financial aid processes.
• Managing buildings, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Overseeing human resources, including staff management, performance reviews, and volunteer policies.
• Handling communication, IT, and record management.
• Leading project and team management initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be Catholic and align with Church teachings.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.

Preferred

• Experience with not-for-profit or church management.

The position offers a salary range of $34,000 - $52,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The role is part-time and classified as mid-senior level in management and manufacturing industries.
