Job Description:

As a Part-Time Registered Nurse at Lacey Post Acute and Rehabilitation, you will provide direct patient care, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care in a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and make recommendations for improvements
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist in patient education regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery goals
  • Collaborate with physicians, other RNs, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
