Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and years of expertise enable us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. We specialize in polyethylene bags and sheeting, including items such as carton liners, gaylord liners, pallet covers, drum liners, shrink bundle film, and industrial sheeting. Currently, we are in the process of obtaining ISO certification, and we use FDA-approved resins.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Weldon, NC for a Shift Supervisor in Polyethylene Blown Film Manufacturing. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities include managing the production team, troubleshooting equipment issues, scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Must Have Blown Film Experience
• Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing facility
• Process Oriented, follow directions as instructed
