Job Title: Sales Agent (Inside and Outside Sales) Location: Chicago Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Senior Helpers is a leading in-home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals in need. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, personalized care that allows clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth through a combination of inside and outside sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources, providing detailed information about our services.
  • Conduct initial consultations via phone or virtual meetings to understand the needs of potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Outside Sales
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and physician offices.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community events to promote brand awareness and services.
  • Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients and families when required.
  • Partner with local organizations and advocacy groups to increase visibility and establish the agency as a trusted resource.
Qualifications * Education: Associates in Business or related field; MA or some medical experience is a plus * Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, senior care, or home care industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
