Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Sales/Territory Manager/in Heavy Equipment/Trucking Industry . Excellent customer service skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 2 years management experience or a combination of 5 years diesel repair and service management. Very competitive pay and benefits.

Service/Sales/Territory Manager Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain, and adhere to a priority system for scheduling all service work.
* Ensure that all manufacturer warranty claims are completed and filed in a timely manner according to manufacturer's requirements.
* Schedule and assign job and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.
* Ensure that the service department is equipped with the necessary tools, and service equipment is available and maintained in good working order.
* Make recommendations regarding the purchase of service vehicles, correctly maintain vehicles and complete required maintenance records.
* Coordinate training program and service-related customer clinics.
* Monitor metrics on a monthly basis to assure achievement of departmental goals.
* Perform other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the company.

Sales/Territory Manager Requirements:

* High School diploma/GED required. Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency.
