Technical/Functional Skills Good understanding of SAP system landscape and integration between SAP modules. Supporting SAP NetWeaver ECC, BW/BI, SRM, GRC, Portal, and Solution Manager on a mixed database platform, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Experience working in a support environment with time-bound (SLA-based) incident resolutions. Perform routine health checks of SAP systems (work processes, users, logs, dumps, locks, traces, disk space) and perform performance tuning. Experience in impact and gap analysis, and implementing corrective actions for priority tickets. Apply kernel upgrades, DB patches, and support packs using structured methodologies. Perform system refresh activities. Additional Responsibilities Perform SAP client administration (create, copy, delete, export/import clients). Configure TMS, maintain transport management system, create domain controllers, and manage change requests. Set up CCMS monitoring and analyze Early Watch reports. Configure SAP spool management and troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of Unix scripting. Experience in DR environment and failover testing. Create and maintain RFC connections, background jobs, logon groups, partner profiles, licenses, access keys, OSS IDs, profile parameters, and directories. Configure Early Watch alerts and technical monitoring in Solution Manager. Understand change control processes, testing, and release documentation. Salary Range $120,000-$150,000 annually.
