Job Title: Scrum Master (Junior/Mid Level) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and supportive Scrum Master to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Agile hybrid/custom frameworks and have the capability to coach a team with mid-level maturity in Agile practices. This role will facilitate the nurturing of the team's Agile journey and assist in optimizing the effectiveness of Agile processes within the organization. Responsibilities: 1. Guide and Coach the Team

• Mentor the team on Agile principles, helping them to implement and uphold Agile values and practices.
• Foster a positive and open environment conducive to open discussion of issues and solutions.

2. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure active participation from all team members.
• Organize a couple of extra meetings and manage spreadsheets to vdot as necessary.

3. Sprint Planning - Plan and execute 2-week sprints, helping the team maintain focus on priorities and commitments. 4. Continuous Improvement - Work collaboratively with the team to identify and implement improvements to processes and practices. 5. Utilize Agile Tools - Proficiently use Azure DevOps to track work and manage the backlog. Requirements: 1. Experience - Mid-level experience in a Scrum Master role. 2. Education/Certifications - SAFe certification is a plus. 3. Tools: - Experience with Azure DevOps is advantageous. 4. Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance once every 60 days, with remote work flexibility to promote work-life balance.
