Job Description
Scrum Master - REMOTE WORK - 62951
Pay Range - $50 - $55/hr
We have an immediate project opening for a Scrum Master to help lead a mature Agile development team. This position requires an expert knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts including definition of done, user story refinement, automated testing, backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
Prior "full-cycle" projects as a Scrum Master/Team Coach in large enterprise is needed as well as expertise in Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align and AgilityHealth.
Certification is required as a SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master. Working exposure to SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, SAFe RTE 6.0, CSM, SAFe Studio Experience, ICAgile (is all preferred).
Ideally, we are seeking candidates who reside in the Mid-Atlantic (DC and Philadelphia) region. Principles only, consultants assigned to this project will be on the direct payroll of PRIMUS.
