ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. This role will work closely with technology partners to develop and implement a HR analytics dashboard, advancing Inspire's people analytics capabilities with scalable solutions. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst, People Analytics provides oversight to HR systems to ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, integrity, and security.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

Data Management and Analysis:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, performance management systems, and other relevant databases.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
  • Enable storytelling with data to clarify insights and drive actionable decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR data, and regularly audit data for quality control.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Act as the HR data subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices in data management and reporting.

Reporting and Dashboard Development:
  • Partner with technology partners to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide more real-time insights into HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, diversity metrics, and more.
  • Customize and automate reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders, including HR leadership, department managers, and executive teams.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques to enhance user experience and data comprehension.

Compliance and Data Security:
  • Ensure all HR data practices comply with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and data owners to uphold data governance practices.

HR Systems Oversight:
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring they are configured to meet the needs of the HR department and the organization.
  • Work with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshoot any issues related to HR systems.
  • Parter with HR, IS and technology stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and follow the solution selection process for RFP's, selections and implementations of new technologies.
  • Ensure appropriate validation activities are completed for applications that support regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably People Analytics.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Extensive aptitude utilizing business technologies such as LMS, ATS, HRIS, PowerBI, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and how they impact business outcomes.
  • Experience configuring HRIS / SaaS platforms.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($123,022 - $166,442) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
