Must-Have:
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science); a quantitative master's degree is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with statistical concepts such as regression modeling, causal inference/quasi-experimental methods, and data transformation
- Strong detail orientation, critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects simultaneously
- Proficient in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Docs, or similar
Job Description:
- Focus on mining, understanding, and leveraging all people-related data to provide workforce dashboards, narratives, and insights.
- Support a wide range of organizational areas including human resources functions like talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, labor and employee relations, DEI, workforce development, and occupational health.
- Enable organizational leaders to make better data-driven decisions.
- Use strong business acumen and data analytics to deliver solutions, communicate insights, and advise leaders through data interpretation.
- Ensure data integrity and implement solutions in collaboration with other team members.
- Create understandable narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Develop queries to extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, and provide clear insights and recommendations that positively impact business decisions.
- Provide requesters with strategic and tactical reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Use data to tell compelling stories that provide business leaders with insights.
- Conduct research using a broad range of tools and resources to extract insights for creating clear actionable recommendations.
- Embrace opportunities to partner cross-functionally within and outside of HR, including collaborating with members in finance, IT, strategy, and other key stakeholders across the enterprise.
