We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Web Designer to lead the design of high-performing websites. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across content, marketing, and development to create user-friendly, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences. What You’ll Do : Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Design responsive layouts, UI components, and features using tools like Figma. Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and flexibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Prepare clean, developer-ready files and support implementation. Use analytics tools to monitor performance and guide improvements. Support A / B testing and conversion optimization efforts. Ensure accessibility and performance standards are met. Occasionally create assets for digital and print campaigns. What We’re Looking For : 8+ years of experience in web, UX / UI, or digital product design. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. Experience with data-informed design and conversion-focused projects. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity. Experience maintaining a design system. Experience with digital advertising and A / B testing.
