Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engaging content aligned with our business strategy.
• Manage end-to-end social media campaigns focused on brand building, engagement, and awareness.
• Identify emerging content styles and formats, offering recommendations on how to adapt them for our audience.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality visual content tailored for various social platforms.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management.
• Strong grasp of social and digital analytics with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of guiding diverse teams through campaign planning, execution, and review.
• A keen interest in science and the ability to translate complex scientific ideas into engaging content is highly valued.
• A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Science Communications, or a related field is preferred, though extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
