Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence. Requirements: Hiring for 3different shifts: Flexible to schedule between 15 and 25hours per week Weekend and holiday availability are required EARLY MORNING - Available to start shift at5:30 AM and work as late as 1:30 PM MID-SHIFT - Available to start at 7AM is required - shifts could be as late as 5PM CLOSER - Available to start shift between 1:30-3 PM and work until 7:30 PM Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments Handling food according to state health codes Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service Teamwork Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes Work in an energetic and face-paced environment Must have the ability to be organized and clean Benefits: 20% Kowalski's discount Weekly pay Vacation and holiday pay Annual company picnic Holiday parties Employee appreciation luncheons Scholarship opportunities Kowalski's Markets
