Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team at our office in Beaverton, OR . This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the company. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating with technicians and service managers, and following up with manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate completion of warranty-related tasks.

Essential Job Duties

  • Accurately input warranty-related data into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly recorded.
  • Receive and process warranty job forms and emails from technicians, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Submit warranty claims to manufacturers and follow up as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians to verify details and ensure claims are processed correctly.
  • Track the progress of warranty claims and update internal stakeholders on their status.
  • Maintain organized records of warranty claims, documentation, and manufacturer communications.
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks related to warranties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating with service managers, technicians, and manufacturers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. This is a great entry-level opportunity.
