Job Title: Building Security Operations

Location: Stanford, CA - 94305

Duration: 03 Months

Pay Range: $30 - $40/hour on W2

Top Requirements:

• Experience using work order systems
• Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs

Description:

• Help in transferring coremarks information from FileMaker Pro to Tririga core module.
• Provides back-up coverage for Building Access Control Specialist
• Work with the Conference, front desk in distributing keys, and supervise the special re-cleaning of rooms for the conference during summer.
• Organize and oversee Crash re-key effort where hundreds to thousands of residential rooms are re-keyed in transitioning to summer conference occupancy or to other cores due to construction projects.
• Provide staff support for Manager, Key Distribution, and staff for their needs in performing their work, and in ordering office supplies.
• Help - coordinates day-to-day operations of the Building Security shop.
• Works with security technicians to troubleshoot and resolve keying and hardware issues.
