Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for Food Science positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and candidate placement. Develop and sustain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to effectively address their needs and preferences. Perform market research to identify high-potential candidates and recognize industry trends. Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, social media engagement, and job board utilization. Work collaboratively with team members to meet recruitment objectives and support overall business growth. Deliver outstanding client service by providing timely updates and insightful feedback throughout the hiring journey. Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities. Qualifications: Demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally in the CPG industry. Robust sales experience with a history of achieving or exceeding performance targets. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
