The Senior Producer is a pivotal leader in the Midwest production team, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-quality, innovative content that aligns with the brand's vision and resonates with the target audience. This role involves managing a team of Producers, fostering creative collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to final distribution. The Senior Producer will, often times, sit on the project leadership table guiding all content creative, planning and execution needs, including working with production management team/line producer on scheduling, budget management and delivery. The Senior Producer will focus on mid-form, support for long form, support for live, flanking, promotional and 3rd party content. In addition, the Sr. Producer will support social media and short form production as-needed and defined by the Director of Production. This role involves managing all aspects of production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
