Job Description

Position Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of product onboarding projects. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams — including developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, and stakeholders — to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to lead, communicate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the lifecycle.

Team Leadership:
Foster a collaborative, supportive, and productive environment for your team.
Lead by example, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges early on and develop strategies to address them.
Continuously monitor and assess risks, making adjustments as necessary.

Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders and keep them updated on project progress.
Prepare and share regular status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).

Quality Assurance:
Ensure software projects meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
Implement and maintain effective quality control processes.

Scope and Change Management:
Manage project scope and handle any changes through a formal process.
Assess how changes will affect timelines and budgets, and communicate those impacts to stakeholders.

Documentation:
Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, and issue logs.

Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate project processes and outcomes to find areas for improvement.
Implement process enhancements to optimize future project deliveries.
Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Program Manager in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Solid technical background, with understanding or experience in software development and web technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

You'll Be Successful If:
You are a self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of your projects.
You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
You thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment and can adjust to new challenges with ease.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.

Perks of the Role:
A friendly and collaborative work environment with amazing colleagues.
Flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work in a high-growth, dynamic company.
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
Paid time off and holidays to help you recharge.
Health insurance and a 401(k) plan to support your well-being and future.
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all individuals are respected and valued. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply and are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 70,000.00 Per Year
